Meet Our Newest Agent - Jennifer Hinson

 

I graduated from Santa Fe College in the spring of 2024 with an Associate’s Degree in Health Sciences, followed by completing the EMT program at the Santa Fe College Institute of Public Safety in the summer of 2024.

 

I recently earned my real estate license and am now working as a licensed real estate agent with CB Isaac Realty. In addition to assisting clients, I also serve as the office administrator, managing the company’s social media and marketing efforts to help expand our reach and better connect with the community.

 

I joined the CB Isaac Realty team with a strong commitment to helping people navigate the real estate process with ease and confidence. I believe in the power of social media to connect clients with the right agents, and I’m excited to leverage these tools to make every buying or selling experience as smooth and efficient as possible.

 

I currently reside in Lake City with my two-year-old German Shepherd and rescue cats, surrounded by my loving family. I am eager to continue learning, grow in my real estate career, and provide exceptional service to the clients of CB Isaac Realty.

 

Q: How long have you been an agent for?

 

A: "I got my license 4 weeks ago but I have been in real estate learning everything for 14 months now."

 

Q: What are some challenges you have faced since becoming a realtor and how did you overcome them?

 

A: "Being available at all times and being the fixer. When something goes wrong I am there to keep the seller and buyer calm and get things done."

 

Q: Can you share a recent win you've had?

 

A: "There was this couple that kept looking at homes but saw nothing they liked. I recommended them one and in a couple of days it was under contract."

 

Q: What is your favorite part of being a realtor so far?

 

A: "I got a text message from my buyer saying 'Thank you Jennifer for helping us find our forever home.'"

 

Q: What is one thing you want our viewers to know about?

 

A: "It is actually not that scary to buy a house. There may be a lot of things you don't know what you have to do but that is why I'm here to make every as easy as possible for you."
